8.1 We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:
  1. Identity Data: first name, last name, maiden name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, gender.
  2. Contact Data: billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
  3. Financial Data: bank account and payment card details.
  4. Transaction Data: includes details about payments to and from you and details of in-App purchases. 
  5. Device Data: includes the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your Device’s IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device’s wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, time zone setting, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, storage space, browser settings, file names, types, plug-ins, behaviors performed on a device, Bluetooth signals, information about nearby Wi-Fi access points, beacons and mobile phone masts
  6. Content Data: includes information stored on your Device, including friends’ lists, login information, photos, videos or other digital content, check-ins, content, communications and other information you provide when using the App
  7. Profile Data: includes your username and password, in-App purchase history, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses.
  8. Usage Data: includes details of your use of any of our Apps or your visits to Our Site including, but not limited to, traffic data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
  9. Marketing and Communications Data: includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences. 
  10. Location Data: includes your current location disclosed by GPS technology.
 
8.2 We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific App feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

FayvoX might process your personal data to provide its services. For example, personal data is processed in order to set up your FayvoX account, allow you to book an experience through, and submit reviews to the Site, or third-party application.
12.2 For this purpose, FayvoX processes the following personal data: name, phone number, email address, IP address, Fayvo X Account profile data. FayvoX is allowed to process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the execution of the contractual agreement with customers.

FayvoX processes personal data to handle questions and requests. This processing is necessary to provide our services. For this purpose, FayvoX processes your name and email address and booking information
FayvoX is allowed to process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the legitimate interest of FayvoX (or a third party), essentially to enable FayvoX to adequately respond to questions and requests.

FayvoX processes personal data for (direct) marketing purposes. This means that FayvoX can contact customers to draw attention to our products. For this purpose, FayvoX processes the following personal data: website behaviour, IP address, email address, post address, phone number, online identifiers, booking information, location and account information.
FayvoX is allowed to process personal data for this purpose when individuals have given consent or when FayvoX has a legitimate interest to process the personal data. We will disclose any information about you to our insurance services providers if we consider it necessary in order to protect the property and rights of FayvoX or a third party, and/or to protect the safety of the public or any person.
In order to provide and improve our services, we will share information with third parties when needed.
If you make a booking, FayvoX will share the following information about you with the host: (i) your first and last name, and (ii) a link to your FayvoX Account. This information will enable the host to decide whether to confirm or reject the booking. When a booking is confirmed, we will also share your telephone number with the host. Under no circumstance is your billing information ever shared with a host.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to help improve or facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Platform-related services, including but not limited to: maintenance services, fraud detection services, database management, web analytics, monitoring and evaluation services.
These third parties may have access to your personal information. If they do, your information is still protected by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
